Dine out at Vivo City

Last weekend , Christmas holiday me & some of our families went to KL & Genting h'land. had great time there. Genting at year end was damn freezing to the max.

I was on leave till Tues -27/12, on that Tuesday, me & hubby went to VivoCity to watch MI4. had our lunch at Banquet & dinner at Seoul Garden Hot Pot. here are the dishes that we had.

Oyster omelette

Just to share what i had for our dinner for the past few days, these is Ramen & Oyster Omelette  from Bagus IMM.

These are actually leftover french loaf - which i modified & change the look into ' Jemput Jemput Roti ', i add on the egg, chillies & crab meat - make into balls & fry them - so called  ' bread croket '.. taste so crispy outside & yet soft inside..

Roti Jala

Last weekend I made Roti Kirai / Roti jala  ( Roti means in 'bread'- Jala means ' net ' ) using the new bottle with 3 funnels. With these funnels, I'm  able to design the roti jala realy look like 'jala' ( net ) . these batter in made of plain flour/egg/water/some evaporated milk.( optional )
To go with these ' Roti Jala ' u may eat them with mutton / chicken curry or rendang. , but this time i made chicken curry to go with it.
