Fishball soups

20-10-11 Dinner
Really was hungry after back from work, but still prefer to dine in, as hubby reach home late, so i cook this soup, while the chicken dish was given by my mom. ( save one dish ) . But i purposely choose the chicken feet, my fav, as for hubby give him the wings & drumlet.
I still manage to cook the coconut pancake for supper while watching TV.

Yesterday , dunno what to eat for dinner, after all was lazy to go out . so I prepared these sandwiches for our dinner..

Today our dinner was:- tadah..we went to Jurong East Kopitiam, 1st time tried this cockles Kuay Teow..Nice...& hubby had as usual, Nasi Goreng with beef blackpepper.

Don't feel like eating outside tonight, thou its already late, still able to prepare simple dinner. Just stir fry the Kangkong again, ( i had another bunch in the fridge, so just finish it off. )
& fried the omelette.

yesterday , went to NEXX Mall after work with hubby. Had dinner at Laksania...i had the hotstone beef rice , hubby had the Kelantan Laksa..

NASI LEMAK

On Sunday - 09.10.11 cooked Nasi Lemak for lunch at home.. sounds like craving for Nasi Lemak, so i cooked with sambal prawn, fried fish, & stir-fry kangkong. Got mood to buy the banan leave. - self satisfaction.

Dinner outside - Boo Hoon Goreng & Bistik Kuah

Yesterday we had our dinner at Spize located at RiverValley, Actually last weekend we went to Simpang Bedok for late Dinner at Spize, however when my friend ordered the Bistik, we werre surprised with the serving, so we would like to try last night, we thought the serving here would be the same as the one at Simpang Bedok, to our suprised, the seving at RiverValley was even larger that the one at Bedok.
Even at West Coast loose to this servings...

looked at the photos uploaded.The 'sampan' like serving bowl was extremely huge.

Each time when we stroll the malls outside we always choose to have cheesecakes for our coffee break, but this time we had a change in our choice. we had choosed to have fruit tart instead, but this time we were too tired,after some shopping since lunch, so just buy back to enjoy at home. We bought these fruit tart from Fruit paradise at VivoCity. Really no regrets, for sure will come back for other choices..They have few outlets here in SG.
My choice is the Mix Fruits while hubby choose to have Caramel Banana..both are soo yummy...
